We value family, friendship and love and want to be part of your special occasion to help create memories for a lifetime.

We reside in Chester County PA and look forward to collaborating on your next event.

Be it your wedding, bridal shower, anniversary, birthday or a “just because” party. We will deliver an upscale experience for you and your guests. Having raised 5 sons between the two of us makes us ready for anything!

About Our Copper Pony

Copper Pony is a new mobile bar that exudes rustic charm and elegance. It is crafted from a converted horse trailer and nestled in the heart of Chester County, PA.

Our beautiful Copper Pony vintage mobile bar has had a few lives. After a very fruitful life of horse shows and chauffeuring ponies around it was time for a new home and a makeover.

The Copper Pony offers the perfect opportunity for you to provide a special and unique bar experience for your guests without having to do it alone.

How It All Works

Per Pennsylvania state laws, we operate as a “dry hire” which means that PA laws do not allow for us to provide, sell or transport alcohol.

When you choose Copper Pony, as the host, you will supply the alcohol for your event and we will handle the rest. This includes an onsite event consultation at which time we will assess your space for the best location to place the trailer.

We will also help to determine the optimal amount of alcohol that you will need to purchase for your private event and if you wish, we will assist you in choosing specialty cocktails. You will always have two professional RAMP certified  bartenders and we will set up and clean up.

  • How much does Copper Pony cost?

    We have 3 packages available as well as custom options. Please view our packages and pricing for details.

  • Does Copper Pony sell or provide alcohol?

    No, per Pennsylvania State Law we cannot buy or sell alcohol. But we will certainly help you determine how much alcohol is needed for your event. This gives you the freedom to serve your favorite brands or keep your costs in check. Typically, unopened bottles can be returned.

  • Can we host an alcohol-free event?

    Absolutely! We are so much more than a bar. We are in the business of creating an upscale experience for you and your guests. Mocktails are a super fun way to celebrate any occasion.

  • What type of events does Copper Pony do?

    Weddings, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Bridal Showers, Corporate Events, Holiday Celebrations or parties for no reason. If you can think it, we can do it!

  • Where are you located?

    We are located in West Chester, PA. We service local events within a 30 mile radius. If your event is further away there will be an additional mileage fee. Contact us for more details.

  • Will you come to our location prior to our event?

    Yes, we offer a complimentary on-site visit prior to your event. This way we can discuss location and logistics for a smooth stress-free event.

  • Do you provide bartender service?

     Yes. All bartenders are RAMP certified.

  • Do you carry insurance?

    Yes, Copper Pony LLC is fully licensed and insured.

  • What if it rains?

    We are a rain or shine traveling bar. You are responsible for any tent or covering needed to provide shelter to your guests.

    If your event needs to be rescheduled due to the weather, we will do our very best to accommodate you as long as the rescheduled date is available. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee availability or provide refunds.

  • Where can Copper Pony be placed?

    Our Copper Pony needs truck access to a 15’x15′ flat area, within 100 feet of an electrical source.
